DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN & YOUTH

Corby Bunting was born in High Point, NC but all of her family roots are generations-deep in Edgecombe County. Other than a short stint in Scotland Neck, she has lived here for 50 years! Her education is in early childhood and elementary education. She has served as children/youth ministry director for 3 churches for a total of 30 years. Corby loves Jesus, His Word and the Church. She loves this church. Her passion is leading children and teenagers to follow Jesus and love His Word, growing in faith and knowledge of Him. Corby has been married to Kamm for 32 years. They have one son, Spencer, who is 28 years old and lives in Greenville. One of her favorite Bible verses is 1 Thess. 5:24 : He who calls you is faithful; He will surely do it.

PAMMY TAYLOR

MINISTRY ASSISTANT

Pam Taylor was born in Wilson County but has called Edgecombe County home for twenty-eight years. She has been the Ministry Assistant at Pinetops Baptist for twenty-two years and loves serving her church family. She is also a member of the choir and helps with the Children & Youth Ministry by volunteering with the Children's Church and co-teaching the Senior High Class. Pam manages the day to day activities in the office and assists with various other ministries in the church & community. She has two daughters, Samantha Dupree and Rebeka Lee Dean Taylor, and a son-in-law, Stephen Dupree. Her favorite scripture is Ex. 14:14--"The Lord will fight for you; you have only to be silent" (ESV).
